Our Home at Extended Hands was chosen solely for its fully functional layout. Everything, bedrooms, baths, kitchen, den are within close proximity so the residents do not feel all consumed but feel more "at home." Additionally, because many residents use walkers and wheelchairs, they do not feel defeated when trying to get to the restroom or their bedrooms.

Resident rooms are decorated with favorite belongings to encourage a comfortable setting. The open and well-lit rooms promote a sense of freedom in the home. The facility is decorated with "touchable" items the residents can enjoy without restrictions. Our secured outdoor areas allow residents to enjoy the yard areas and walking paths without restrictions. Our alarmed doors and delayed egress promote resident safety.
