Extended Hands Elder Care, Inc. ("Extended Hands") is dedicated to and has been providing quality care to seniors who can no longer live alone because of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and other debilitating conditions since 1999. We care for all of our residents with dignity, respect and compassion. Our primary goal is to make sure that your loved one receives the best possible assistance when they can no longer live alone. This assistance includes, but is not limited to, bathing, grooming, hygiene, three nutritious meals daily, two snacks, medication assistance, transportation to and from medical appointments, appropriate stimulating activities, working toward keeping your loved one as independent as possible for as long as possible.
